Yes. Email or call us with the stock number and we'll send the full 200-point inspection report as a PDF before you make the trip. We'd rather you arrive informed than waste a Saturday on a car that doesn't meet your standard.

Our finance team submits to a panel of 14 licensed Australian credit providers, including non-bank lenders who are competitive for buyers with limited credit history or irregular income. We show you the comparison before you commit to any product.

Completely. If you change your mind within the 48-hour hold period for any reason — or if your finance application doesn't get approved — the deposit is returned in full with no processing fee deducted.

We typically carry 8–12 hybrid and battery-electric vehicles at any time, and we source on request if you have a specific drivetrain preference. LPG conversions are not something we currently stock given declining service infrastructure in Sydney.

Vehicles sold with our powertrain protection plan are covered from the day of purchase — lodge a claim and we coordinate the authorised repairer. For vehicles sold without a plan, we review each situation on its merits within the first 30 days and have rectified issues at our cost in cases where the fault was clearly pre-existing.

Absolutely — we encourage it. We'll hold the vehicle for up to 24 hours while your chosen mechanic inspects it. Our inspection report is there to support their assessment, not replace it.
